IBM Mid-market Leadership Award

Australian Premier IBM Business Partner Eos Solutions was today awarded the 2003 IBM Software Group Midmarket Leadership Award at the international PartnerWorld conference in New Orleans.

"We see this award as a tribute to our professional approach and customer focus", said Annette Henry, Eos Solutions Managing Director, and Queensland finalist in two categories of the 2002 Telstra Business Women's Awards.

"It's a tremendous achievement for a 24 person company to be recognised world-wide as a leader in the IBM Business Partner community, and extremely satisfying to see that our strategies for growth and skills diversification have been rewarded."

Just six IBM Business Partners worldwide were nominated for this award that recognises sales and customer service leadership in the small and medium business market. Eos Solutions was selected on the basis of over achieving software sales targets, taking the lead in generating demand for new software solutions and achieving a high standard of customer satisfaction.

"This achievement can be attributed to our continued focus on core business and customer support as well as careful management of growth into new solution areas," Mrs Henry said.

Eos Solutions will now focus attention on product development and marketing initiatives for 2003. "The next generation of our back office software suite will continue to build on the collaborative strengths of IBM Software while initiatives around Portals and advanced collaboration will continue to help our clients use the Internet effectively as a business tool."
