As a member of our dedicated Site Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure of some of Australia’s largest companies, across Government, SMB and Enterprise.
Based in Sydney, the Site Support Consultant role is an important part of our national support program and ideally would suit someone with 5+ year’s experience in IBM Lotus Notes & Domino administration.
This exciting role will entail working on major Site Services projects, including Exchange to Notes migrations, upgrades (R5 – 8) and range of ad hoc support services.
To secure this position, you will need to display a high level of drive and enthusiasm, demonstrating that you are the best fit in the following areas:
• A 'first class' customer service focus;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• ITIL Foundations knowledge
• 3rd Level Domino Administrator support experience
• Knowledge of Lotus Domino Server Administration;
• Knowledge of IBM Lotus Sametime administration
• Active Directory (User Creates, Group Creations, Password Resets/Unlocks);
• Hands-on experience on LAN and/or WAN;
• Intranet/Internet Technologies;
• Security Software (Symantec, Trend Micro, Messagelabs, etc.);
• Knowledge of Backup software and management.
Desirable:
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call, support environment
• Experience with IBM Lotus Quickr administration
• Monitoring and Management Tools (eg. GSX)
