IT Analysts around the globe have produced volumes of reports on IT performance, best practice, priorities and futures, but in order to better align our company with the needs of our Australian mid-market customers, Eos Solutions was curious to learn how global IT trends, particularly around collaboration and integration, affected the Australian market. We also wanted to dig deeper into questions such as “what are the business priorities and challenges facing IT Managers today?” and “what key technologies are Australian organisations most likely to be investing in over the coming year?”.
Eos Solutions’ 2008 Customer Survey was conducted earlier this year to address these questions and more. We’re pleased to make an extract of these findings available to our customers, together with a collection of our research across the IT industry as a whole, for assistance in performance benchmarking and strategic IT planning.
