The Eos Advantage program is divided into four membership levels - Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum - allowing you to select the option best suited to your organisation and its needs. The core components of the program include:
- Domino Site Support Services
On establishment, an audit of your environment will determine the optimum configuration for your business and will establish remote support services. IBM Certified consultants can provide Domino help desk services and proactive system management when you require
- Collaborative "Run-Your-Business" Software
Selected modules of the Embrace: Lotus Notes Applications suite are included at no cost for program customers. Choose from three high-quality business applications.
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
Navigate the IBM Passport Advantage program faster with a free software audit and asset management plan from the Eos Solutions Licensing Team.
- Domino Futures
Each quarter, Eos Advantage customers will receive an exclusive Lotus Roadmap white paper, with information on product futures along with our recommendations.
- Eos Managed Mail
Protect your system and take up our optional managed mail service from Messagelabs. This service will guard your system against all the latest electronic threats, including viruses, spam, spyware and adware.
- Training from Priority Management
For all your Lotus training requirements, Eos can offer clients the option of discounted training courses through our training partner Priority Management.
