Eos Solutions Extend Operations in Victoria

Eos Solutions today announced that on 1 July 2007 it completed the acquisition of the assets and customer base of LNB Consulting, an IT consulting service provider and IBM Business Partner based in Melbourne.

value proposition for IBM Lotus customers in Victoria," said Eos Solutions' Managing Director Annette Henry.
Headquartered in Brisbane with over 10 years experience as a Premier IBM Business Partner, Eos Solutions
have been active in Melbourne since 2005 and have established their reputation as a reliable and professional
reseller and service provider around IBM software solutions. The acquisition extends Eos Solutions' delivery
capacity, and offers the benefits of certification in every IBM software brand and a comprehensive Licensing
Service to a broader customer base.
LNB Consulting has been prominent in the IBM Business Partner community for nearly 20 years, providing
business analysis and consulting, solution design, development, administration and testing services around IBM
Lotus, Websphere, J2EE and Microsoft .Net technologies for a variety of clients across the Victorian market,
including the Victorian Government. Eos Solutions will assume responsibility for fulfilling LNB's existing client
obligations, including work currently in progress at the Victorian Department of Justice and Qenos.

Eos Solutions' Richard Jones will continue as the State Manager and Business Development Manager for the
company's Melbourne office. With his extensive experience in Domino, Web Content Management and Portal
solutions, Peter Ellenby, previously Director and Owner of LNB Consulting, will be leading the delivery of projects
for all former LNB Consulting clients while assuming the role of Principal for Eos' major project engagements in
Victoria.
