Product Catalogue

Product Catalogue allows you to maintain a centralised store of all of your organisation's products and services. Products and services can be categorised by manufacturer/vendor, type, and description. Whether maintenance or licence agreements apply to products and services can also be specified. Product Catalogue Views give breakdowns on products and services by manufacturer, product description, and type of agreement (maintenance or licence). Product Catalogue integrates with Maintenance Manager. Types of service and maintenance are defined in Product Catalogue. The arrangements reached between your organisation and clients 'agreement specifics' are defined in Maintenance Manager.
