Service Plans

Eos Solutions offer ad hoc development and site support services in pre-paid blocks of time via service plans. Consider a service plan when:

  • You need regular, on demand support in administering your environment (eg: adding new users);
  • Eos has completed your Portal, Web Content Management or Domino project and you are transitioning to maintenance mode; or
  • You require a help desk service from certified IBM software experts for your IT department or end users.

Services can be delivered online, on-site or by telephone with a guaranteed level of service. The guarantee is that if we do not commence work within the specified time, an additional 2 hours of free work will be credited against your account. The Service Plans are split between our Standard and Premium levels of service:

Standard Service Premium Service

Standard Service is for clients who are happy for their work to be programmed in with other work commitments. With this service, we will have a consultant available to start on your work request within 3 working days from the call being taken.

Premium Service is for clients who want a same day response to their work requests. With the Premium Service, we will have a consultant available to start on the work request within 4 working hours of the call being taken.
